INGREDIENTS: Blackened Ahi Tuna

4 (3 oz. pc) ahi tuna
2 T cumin, ground
1 t paprika
2 T salt
2 T chili powder
1/2 t white pepper

INGREDIENTS: Hot Soy Mustard Sauce (makes 3 cups sauce)

1 1/2 C Coleman’s dry mustard
1 1/2 C rice vinegar
3/4 C soy sauce
water (to add)
