1 tbsp julianned fresh ginger
1 tbsp diced jowl bacon
1 ounce fresh cilantro
1 tsp Sambal
2 ounces unsalted butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
