| ORANGE BLOSSOM VINAIGRETTE |

| Ingredients |
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 oz Red Onion
1/8 bunch Cilantro
1 c Honey, Orange Blossom
4 c Blended Olive Oil
1/2 c Rice Wine Vinegar
1/8 c Dijon Mustard
1/8 c Whole Grain Mustard
1/4 t Cumin
1/4 T Chili Powder
1/4 T Salt
1/4 T Black Pepper

| Method |
| Chop peppers, removing seeds, into one inch pieces.
Chop onion in to one inch pieces.
In blender, add everything but the oil.
Process until it has reached a puree consistency.
Slowly add oil until completely blended.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. |
