WILD SALMON
INGREDIENTS
7 oz Wild Salmon
1/2 c Asparagus, 1/2 inch cut
1/2 c Corn Kernels
1 oz Lobster Meat
1 oz Lump Crabmeat
2 each Scallops
2 each Oven Roasted Tomatoes
Heavy Cream
Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
Lobster Stock
METHOD
  • Sear the salmon on high heat.
  • Finish in the oven.
  • In a pan, add garlic, shallots and oil.
  • Add all ingredients, adding the cream and stock last.
  • Serve in a large bowl.
