| INGREDIENTS |
2 oz sake
4 oz Nappa cabbage, green onion, shitake mushrooms,
tofu, carrots and rice noodles
6 oz beef
Ponzu Sauce
Goma Sauce
Rice

| METHOD |
| Light portable burner and add 2 ounces of sake to the
pot and fill with hot water.
Heat for 1 minute.
Add nappa cabbage, green onions, spinach, shitake mushrooms,
tofu, carrots and rice noodles (in order).
Allow the guests to add the beef at their leisure.
Serve with ponzu sauce, goma sauce and rice.
Serve like Fondue. |
