| Ingredients |
1/2 lb button mushrooms
1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms
1/2 lb crimini mushrooms
1 shallot, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 t sesame oil
to taste salt & pepper

| Method |
| Robot coupe mushrooms, and sear with shallots, garlic and green
onions in sesame oil.
Place in china cap/chinois so liquid can drain and let cool down
in refrigerator. |
