| Ingredients |
5-6 oz Yellowfin tuna
to coat Cajun spice
1 1/2 oz soy sauce
2 t wasabi
1 T pickled ginger
1/3 C Asian cucumber salad
1 nori roll, cut in quarters on bias
1 sprig parsley

| Method |
| Dust tuna with Cajun spices and sear in blackening pan very quickly
(5-10 seconds) on all sides.
Carefully slice into 10-12 pieces and fan out on plate.
Place ramekin of soy sauce on top of plate.
Place cucumber salad in center of plate.
Place nori roll to left of soy ramekin.
Place ginger and parsley to right of soy ramekin.
Pipe wasabi through pastry bag next to ginger. |
