| CRAB DIP FOR 2 |

| Ingredients |
2 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t Tabasco
1 T Lemon Juice
1 oz White Wine
1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning
pinch Salt
2 T Red Onion, finely diced
3 T Sour Cream
4 T Béchamel Sauce (see recipe this page) |

| Method |
| Combine all ingredients but crabmeat and stir.
Gently fold in crabmeat, so as not to break up lumps.
Top with pinch of grated parmesan and Monterey
Jack cheeses.
Bake in ovenproof dish for approximately 19 minutes
at 425 degrees or until golden brown.
Serve with favorite toast or crackers. |
