| Ingredients |
1 Large Ripe Avocado (or 2 small ones)
2 Diced Roma Tomatoes, seeds removed
2 T Red Onion, diced small
2 T Fresh Lime Juice (not artificial)
1 T Minced Garlic
1 T Fresh Chopped Cilantro
1/2 t Minced Serrano Peppers
1/2 t Kosher Salt
1 dash Mexican Hot Sauce (such as Cholula) |

| Method |
|
• Place 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
• Using two forks, mash the avocado until it is the desired
consistency.
• Add 1/2 of the salt, 1/2 of the Serrano peppers and the
hot sauce.
• Taste for desired seasoning.
• Adjust as needed.
• Serve immediately with warm tortilla chips |
