| Ingredients |
1 qt White Peach Puree
1/2 c Brown Sugar
3/4 c Rice Wine Vinegar
3 c Olive Oil
1 t Salt
1/2 t White Pepper
1/2 t Ground Cinnamon

| Method |
| In a stainless steel mixing bowl add all measured
ingredients except the olive oil. Mix well using a wisk.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil, while continously wisking.
Chill and serve. |
