| Prime Rib Eye Steak with Ginger Soy Sauce |

| Ingredients |
6.5 oz prime rib eye beef
2 oz julienne leek
3 pcs Shitake mushroom
4 oz sake
4 oz soy sauce
4 oz Mirin (sweet sake)
1 oz grated ginger
2.5 oz brown sugar

| Method |
|
Prepare the ginger soy sauce by thoroughly mixing the sake, soy
sauce, Mirin, grated ginger, and brown sugar.
Wash and dry the julienne cut leeks, powder them with corn flour,
then deep-fry them for 30 sec in 350ºC.
Cut fresh Shitake mushroom in half, then deep-fry them for
30 sec. in 350ºC.
Grill both sides of the meat according to taste, top with fried
mushrooms and leek.
Then put ginger soy sauce on the top. Serve hot. |
