| HOT MUSTARD SAUCE for stone crab claws |

| Ingredients |
2 T Coleman’s dry mustard
1/4 C white wine
1 lemon, juice from
1/4 C Regina red wine vinegar
1 qt Hellman’s mayonnaise
1 pt sour cream
pinch cayenne pepper
1 t prepared seminole horseradish
1 t prepared salad mustard
1/4 C granulated sugar
1 t accent
1 t granulated garlic
1 t Frank’s hot sauce

| Method |
| Mix together the first four ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir gently with a wire whip or mix with a paddle in an electric mixer.
After thoroughly mixed, chill for a few hours.
