1 t miso paste
1/2 C sake wine
1 T garlic, chopped
1 T lemon grass, chopped
1 T ginger, chopped
1 T sesame oil

1/2 C edamame beans
1 C tomatoes, diced
1/4 C onions, diced
1/4 C cilantro, chopped
2 T rice vinegar
1 t coriander
1 t cumin
to taste salt and pepper

Blend thoroughly. Pour over fish. Marinate at least one hour.
