| Bananas Foster |

| Ingredients |
3 T brown sugar
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 t vanilla extract
1 T butter
1/2 t cinnamon
1 oz banana liquor
1 oz Myers Rum
2 bananas (sliced in 4 halves)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream per serving

| Method |
|
Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar until caramelized.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon. Add vanilla extract. Add bananas and toss
in syrup sauce.
Add banana liquor and flame. Add rum liquor and flame, while sprinkling cinnamon and creating sparks. (Be careful!)
Serve bananas (3 slices per person, or 4 if desired) over ice cream. Add sauce over ice cream and bananas. |
