| Ingredients for Grilled Rib Chop Florentine |
4-18 oz Beef Rib Chop
(other cuts of beef may be used also)
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp chopped Rosemary

| Method for Grilled Rib Chop Florentine |
• Combine oil, garlic and rosemary. Rub on the
steaks, let this marinate for 3-4 hours.
• Pre-heat grill, season the beef liberally with kosher
salt and ground black pepper. Grill the steaks to
desired temperature.
• Serve with roasted fingerling potatoes, wilted
spinach and demi glace.
