| Ingredients for Curried Israeli Cous-Cous |
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp fresh Garlic Puree
2 tsp Chicken Base
2 cup Water
1 cup Israeli Cous-Cous
1/2 cup shredded Carrots
1/2 cup diced Onion
1/2 cup dried Red Currants
1/4 cup toasted Pine Nuts
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper

| Method for Curried Israeli Cous-Cous |
• Saute garlic, onions, and carrots in butter.
• Add water, bring to a boil. Add chicken base, curry,
salt and pepper. Stir.
• Add cous-cous.
• Reduce to a simmer. Cover, cook 8-10 minutes,
stirring occasionally until cous-cous absorbs most
of liquid.
• Stir in currants and pine nuts.
• Cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
