| 2 cups Sugar |

| Ingredients for Muffin Mix |
7 whole eggs
6 egg yolks
4 oz Cream cheese
2 14 oz Cans condensed milk
1 1/2 cups milk
4 oz Grand manier
2 oz Vanilla |
| Method for Flan |
• Caramelize 2 cups sugar and put in muffin pans.
Place on 1/2 sheet pans and water bath.
• Blend muffin mix.
• Put mix in muffin pans and bake for 25 minutes on
230 degrees. Flip and bake for another 25 minutes.
