| Ingredients for Artichoke Spinach Dip |
3 lb 10 cans Artichoke Hearts
(drained and roughly chopped)
1 qrt Mayonnaise
2 cup Green Onion
1/2 cup chopped Garlic
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
1 cups Sour Cream
1 qrt Provolone
1 qrt Mozzarella
2 cup Parmesan
1 lb Spinach (julienne)
Salt & Pepper to taste

| Mix together all ingredients to combine.
Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and brown
to serve. |
