| • Mix Garlic Mayo with salmon and green onions
Mix Basil Vinaigrette with yellowtail and green

| Lay fresh shredded radish on plate. Use separate
mini-towers and plate on top of radish. Stuff
towers with each of the fish mixture. Sprinkle
seven spice and fresh lemon zest. |
