| Tagliatele Verde con Aragosta e Olio di Tartufo |

| Ingredients |
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Whole Zucchini
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
2 T Chopped Italian Parsley
4 lb Lobster, Precooked, Meat Only
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 T Truffled Oil |

| Method |
| Sauté finely chopped garlic with the extra virgin olive oil.
Make sure you use moderate heat so the garlic won’t burn.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Add lobster meat cut in cubes.
Add parsley.
Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
Add julienne zucchini, mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
Finish off with truffled oil.
Cook pasta separately, add sauce to pasta and serve. |
