| Ingredients |
6-12 oz New York Strip Steak
Cracked Black Peppercorns
2 oz Jameson Irish Whisky
6 oz Heavy Cream
1 Medium Tomato (skinned and diced)
3 T Vegetable Oil |

| Presentation |
| Place each steak on serving plate.
Spoon sauce over 1/3 of the steak.
Serve with baked potato and any fresh vegetable. |
| Method |
| Heat oil in skillet until hot.
Coat steaks with peppercorn's evenly.
Sear steaks on both sides.
Remove from skillet and put in baking tray in oven at 325 degrees until desired temperature.
Reheat same skillet and flame with Jameson Irish Whisky.
Cook high for 1 minutes, add cream and reduce by half.
Add diced tomatoes. |
