| Ingredients |
2 lbs chicken breasts
16 sun dried tomato pieces
1 qt cream
4 garlic cloves
1 C chicken broth
flour for dredging
salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil
splash of vodka
1 small hot dried pepper
1 pat of butter

| Method |
| Heat a skillet and add some oil.
Lightly dredge the chicken breasts in the flour, then brown both sides
in the skillet; add the garlic, hot pepper and dried tomatoes.
Splash with vodka, burn off alcohol and cook in chicken broth. Add
the cream and butter pat that has been dipped in flour; add salt and
pepper to taste. Serve hot. |
