| INDONESIAN CURRY SAUCE |

| Ingredients |
1/2 T red Thai curry paste
1 - 13 oz can of coconut milk
1/2 T fish sauce
1/2 C brown sugar
1 lemongrass stalk, chopped
2 kaffir lime leaves, deveined
1/2 T garlic, chopped
1/2 T ginger, chopped
1 T sesame oil
10 basil leaves
10 mint leaves
1/4 cilantro bunch
1 T peanut butter

| Method |
| Heat up sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
Add red curry paste, brown sugar, lemongrass, cilantro, kaffir
lime leaves and sauté until it becomes a paste (brown sugar
will be melted).
Add coconut milk, fish sauce, basil, mint and peanut butter. |
