| Ingredients for Passion Tea Soy Sauce |
1 tsp diced Ginger
2 1/2 cup Fish Fume
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Sweet Soy Sauce (ketchup manis)
2 packet Tazo Passion Tea

| Method for Passion Tea Soy Sauce |
Combine all ingredients except the tea
in a small sauce pot, whisk until thoroughly
incorporated.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low simmer.
Add the passion tea and allow it to steep for
5 to 10 minutes.
Once finished remove the tea bags and strain
out the ginger.
