| INGREDIENTS |
6 Jumbo Sea Scallops
2 T Minced Garlic
1/3 Stick Butter
1 T Hondasbi (Japanese Fish Stock)
Cornstarch
3 T Vegetable Oil

| PREPARATION |
| Coat scallops in corn starch.
Heat oil in frying pan, then add scallops when oil is hot.
Pan fry scallops for 1 minute on each side or until golden
brown.
Add garlic and butter.
When butter has completely melted, add Hondashi.
Sauté in pan for 1 minute.
Remove scallops from frying pan with tongs, then pour
sauce from pan onto scallops. |
