| INGREDIENTS |
16-20 Shrimp
BBQ Sauce
1/4 c Fresh Garlic, chopped
4 Bay Leafs
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Thyme
1/2 t Sweet Basil
1/2 t Rosemary
1/2 t Black Pepper
1/2 t Crabboiled
1/4 c Lea & Perrins Sauce
1/2 t Salt
1 c Water
1/4 lb Butter
1/4 lb Margarine

| METHOD |
| Bring all the ingredients to a boil.
Then add 1/4 cup of roux (oil + flour)
Add 12 shrimp and cook it for 5 minutes. |
