| Ingredients |
8 lamb chopsf
to taste salt and pepperf
1/4 C vegetable oilf
2 cloves garlic, mincedf
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 tsp oregano

| Method |
|
Prepare charcoal for grilling.
Salt and pepper lamb chops. Mix remaining ingredients and brush chops with some of this mixture, reserving half for basting.
When coals have turned white, place chops on grill. cook to desired doneness on each side, basting often.
Remove to warm platter and serve. |
