| Season steak and grill to desired temperature.
Crust with butter in salamander approximately 1 minute.
On 16 inch plate, spoon mashed potatoes into center.
Arrange asparagus on mashed potatoes like a # sign.
Place asparagus.
Ladle demi around mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Arrange roasted garlic in 3 point around plate. |
