| Ingredients for Crab & Brie Wontons |
1/2 lb Cream Cheese
1 lb Fresh Lump Crab Meat
1/2 lb Brie Cheese
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
32 Egg Roll Wrappers

| Method for Crab & Brie Wontons |
• Combine the cream cheese, brie, and cayenne
pepper in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
• Fold in the crab meat.
• Cut the egg roll wrappers in 1/2 so they
are triangles.
• Place 1 ounce of the cheese mixture into the
center of the triangle, then brush the edges of the
wrapper with water (this will help the sides stick
together) and fold all of the corners together to
make a pyramid.
• Repeat until all of the wontons are rolled.
• Fry the wontons at 325 degrees until golden
brown (approx. 3-5 minutes).
• Serve warm.
