1 pint pasturized eggs
Coconut Breading
3 fingers Spinach
1 Lemon Wedge
1 sprig Parsley
50% Horseradish
50% Orange Marmalade |

| Method for Coconut Shrimp Martini |
• Skewer and dredge shrimp in egg wash, roll in
coconut breading
• Deep fry
• 1/3 fill martini glass with spinach
• Place Ramekin of horseradish marmalade on
spinach
• Pin skewers in spinach and around ramekin, garnish |
