| Chicken Tikka Masala |

| Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Masala |
1 lb Boneless Chicken (white meat)
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Tarmaric Powder
1/2 tsp Cummin Powder
1/2 tsp Correndar Powder
1/2 tsp Meat Masale
4 tsp Heavy Cream
3 tsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt

| Method for Chicken Tikka Masala |
• Portion chicken into six pieces.
• Take a skewer, put six pieces on to it and cook in a
traditional tandoor for 5 minutes.
• In a saute pan, heat the oil.
• Add ginger and garlic paste, saute until brown.
• Add tarmaric, cummin, correndar powder, meat
masale. Saute for a while, then add onion gravy &
heavy cream and salt.
• Cut the boneless chicken pieces into cubes.
• Add chicken cubes, cook for 10 minutes or until
sauce becomes thick.
• Serve 4 to 5 in medium bowl.
• Sprinkle chopped cilantro on the top, ready to
serve. |
