| Shrimp, Grits and Sausage |

| Ingredients for Grits |
1 cup grits
½ stick butter
½ qt. whipping cream
3 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper

| Method for Grits |
|
In a small saucepan, add all ingredients EXCEPT grits. Bring to a boil. Add grits and turn off the heat. Stir occasionally uncovered. |
| Ingredients for Gravy |
1 Tbs. Beef base
1 qt. water
1 tsp onion powder

| Method for Gravy |
| Add all gravy ingredients in a small saucepan on low heat stirring occasionally. Bring to desired temperature.

| Ingredients for Shrimp & Sausage |
1 lb large shrimp
1 lb smoked Hillshire Sausage
1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. yellow onion - sliced
½ stick of butter

| Method for Shrimp & Sausage |
| Sauté all shrimp & sausage ingredients in sauté pan until shrimp is pink. Add gravy. Pour grits in bowl and cover with shrimp, sausage and gravy.
