| Shrimp and Grits |

| Ingredients for Sauce |
1 lb Shrimp (16-20 count)
1/2 lb Andouille Sausage (bias-sliced)
6 t Olive Oil
2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 C Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 C Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 C Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C “Carolina’s Spice Mixture”
To Taste Salt and Pepper |

| Method for Sauce |
| Add oil to a hot sauté pan.
Add shrimp & andouille sausage.
Sauté until shrimp begins to turn pink, and sausage begins to brown.
Add peppers and mushrooms.
Sauté for three minutes, or until peppers are tender.
Add heavy whipping cream and Carolina’s Spice Mixture
Stir and mix well.

- Prepare grits as directed.
- Add cheese just before removing from heat.
