| Ingredients |
1 oz Sambucca
1 pinch Saffron
4 oz Cream
1/2 Onion
4 lbs Fresh Mussels
|

| Method |
| Dice the onions. In a saute pan, saute onions and mussels together in olive oil for one minute.
Add Sambucca adn burn the alcohol.
Add the cream and saffron.
Cover the saute pan.
Let the mussels boil for 3 minutes until they are all open. |
