| General Tso’s Chicken |

| Ingredients |
1 1/2 lb Strip Chicken Breasts
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, julienne
1 Green Onion, julienne
5 Dry Red Peppers
3 Fresh Garlic, chop
2 t Corn Starch (mix with 5 tablespoons water)
1 Egg |

| Method |
| Mix the chicken with 1 egg, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbls. corn starch and 1 teaspoon plum sauce.
Fry them with vegetable oil at 375 degrees until golden brown.
Heat the wok first, put 3 tbls. vegetable oil, dry red pepper & chop garlic for 10 seconds. Mix the chicken into the wok.
Garnish with red bell pepper and green onion julienne. |
