| Filetto Al Gorgonzola |

| Ingredients |
8 oz filet mignon
2 T butter
1/2 C manufactured cream
3 oz gorgonzola cheese
2 oz parmesan cheese
to taste salt and pepper
3 oz olive oil

| Method |
| Heat olive oil in sauté pan, add salt and pepper to olive oil, add filet
mignon and cook 2 minutes each side.
Cook the filet in 375 degrees oven for 10 minutes (medium rare), 15
minutes (medium), 20 minutes (medium-well).
For the sauce, put cream, butter and gorgonzola cheese in a pan and
cook until butter melted and sauce is brought to a boil.
Add parmesan cheese to the sauce and serve over the filet mignon. |
