| Ingredients |
1/2 C red bell pepper, diced
1/2 C green bell pepper, diced
1/2 C mushrooms, diced
1/2 C brown onion, diced
1 t garlic, chopped
1/2 t chili, chopped
1 t sugar
1 t fish sauce
1 t oyster sauce
1 T cooking oil
1 T roasted shallot
1 T green onion, diced
1/4 C water

| Method |
| Grill marinaded Tri-Tip to medium well.
Heat oil in cooking pan and brown chopped garlic.
Put bell pepper, onion and mushroom into pan.
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili and water.
Slice Tri-Tip to bite sizes.
Top with cooked toppings.
Sprinkle with roasted shallot and diced green onion. |
