| Ingredients |
4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 T olive oil
2 T green onion, trimmed and chopped
1 T capers
10 kalamata olives
4 oz calamari steak
4 Roma tomatoes
1/8 C lemon juice
1/8 C white wine

| Method |
| In a sauté pan, heat garlic and olive oil; sauté garlic.
Add green onions, capers and olives; sauté mixture for 2 minutes
Add calamari and tomatoes.
Deglaze pan with white wine; add lemon juice.
Cook for 4 minutes and serve. |
