| BULL’S BAY PASTA |

| Ingredients |
4 oz Clarified Butter
1 T Garlic, chopped
2 oz Ham Sliced, julienne
1 c Mushrooms, sliced
1 c Roma Tomatoes, diced
2 c Spinach,Washed with Stems Removed
Kosher Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 t Lemon Juice
2 Portions of Pasta of Your Choice, Heated
8 oz Oysters, Shucked and Lightly Breaded
and Fried
4 oz Parmesan Shredded

| Method |
| Using a large nonstick sauté pan over medium to high
heat, combine butter and garlic, before garlic begins to
brown add ham, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach.
While sauté is working heat pasta and place in two
serving bowls.
Season your sauté with salt, pepper and lemon juice and
pour over your pasta, top with fried oysters and
parmesan. |
