Bread Pudding
Yields: 28 portions
INGREDIENTS
15 6-inch baguettes, ground
1/2 gal heavy whipping cream
1 pt liquid egg
1-lb bag brown sugar
1-lb bag butterscotch chips
1 1/2 oz amaretto
3/4 C cinnamon
METHOD
  • Ground all baguettes in food processor and pour in large metal bowl.
  • Slowly combine all other ingredients until thick and smooth.
  • Then oil a 20-inch by 12-inch pan and pour in mixture.
  • Spread evenly and cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
  • Check with toothpick; if clean pull it out of the oven and let cool.
