| INGREDIENTS |
15 6-inch baguettes, ground
1/2 gal heavy whipping cream
1 pt liquid egg
1-lb bag brown sugar
1-lb bag butterscotch chips
1 1/2 oz amaretto
3/4 C cinnamon

| METHOD |
| Ground all baguettes in food processor and pour in large metal bowl.
Slowly combine all other ingredients until thick and smooth.
Then oil a 20-inch by 12-inch pan and pour in mixture.
Spread evenly and cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
Check with toothpick; if clean pull it out of the oven and let cool. |
