Tim’s Mojito
Yields: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bacardi rum
4-6 fresh mint leaves, picked from the stem
1 t fresh lime juice
1/4 C simple syrup
splash 7-Up or Sprite
METHOD
  • Place rum, mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Fill a tall rocks glass with ice and strain cocktail over ice.
  • Top with splash of 7-Up or Sprite and garnish with lime wheel and sugar cane spear.
