| INGREDIENTS |
1 1/2 oz Bacardi rum
4-6 fresh mint leaves, picked from the stem
1 t fresh lime juice
1/4 C simple syrup
splash 7-Up or Sprite

| METHOD |
| Place rum, mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a
cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Fill a tall rocks glass with ice and strain cocktail over ice.
Top with splash of 7-Up or Sprite and garnish with lime wheel and
sugar cane spear. |
