| Indian Chai Tea |
| Yields: 4 cups |

| INGREDIENTS |
4 C water
1 C milk
4 t sugar
1/8 inch cinnamon stick
2 pieces green cardamom
1 piece black cardamom
1/4 bay leaf
2 cloves
2-3 bags black tea (Lipton tea bags)

| METHOD |
| • Boil water.
• Add the 4 teaspoons of sugar as needed.
• Add the following spices in very small quantities, as noted above:
cinnamon stick, green and black cardamom, bay leaf and cloves.
• Add 2-3 tea bags as needed.
After boiling for approximately 3 minutes or less, add one cup of milk
and boil again.
Strain tea.
