| CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ |

| INGREDIENTS |
1lb butter
1 lb French vanilla chocolate
10 egg yolks
10 whole eggs
1 C sugar
1/2 C pastry flour

| METHOD |
| Melt butter and chocolate together in large bowl.
Whisk eggs and sugar together in separate bowl.
Slowly add flour to butter/chocolate mixture.
Gently fold butter/chocolate mixture into eggs & sugar with spatula.
Butter and sugar the inside of a small soufflé bowl.
Pour ingredients in and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
