CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ
12 soufflés
INGREDIENTS
1lb butter 1 lb French vanilla chocolate 10 egg yolks
10 whole eggs
1 C sugar
1/2 C pastry flour
METHOD
  • Melt butter and chocolate together in large bowl.
  • Whisk eggs and sugar together in separate bowl.
  • Slowly add flour to butter/chocolate mixture.
  • Gently fold butter/chocolate mixture into eggs & sugar with spatula.
  • Butter and sugar the inside of a small soufflé bowl.
  • Pour ingredients in and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
