50 g fois grois
flour
steamed rice
sake
soy sauce
to taste sugar

| METHOD |
| Make a hard boiled egg: 68 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Slice fois grois into 4 pieces; lightly flour and sauté.
Place the fois grois and hard boiled egg on a bed of hot steamed rice.
