flour
steamed rice

METHOD
  • Make a hard boiled egg: 68 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  • Slice fois grois into 4 pieces; lightly flour and sauté.
  • Place the fois grois and hard boiled egg on a bed of hot steamed rice.
  • In a separate container combine sake, soy sauce and sugar to make sauce
