| INGREDIENTS |
1 lb sashimi grade ahi, diced
1/8 C white onion chopped fine
1/8 C scallions, sliced thinly
1/2 C soy sauce
1/8 C water
1/8 C rice wine vinegar
1 T sesame oil
1 t black sesame seeds
1 t white sesame seeds

| METHOD |
|
Dice ahi into 1/8-inch squares and set aside in fridge.
Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
Garnish with tobiko, 3 fried spaghetti noodles and 3 fried diagonally
cut won ton triangles.
Lightly sprinkle salt onto won ton triangles. |
