| Ingredients |
6 0z Brie
2 pieces Sage
4 T Butter
1 t Cardamom Spice
3 sheets Phyllo Dough
1/4 c Golden Raisins
1/4 c Shaved Almonds
1/2 c Honey

| Method |
| Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Melt the butter wth a half ounce of cardamom spice.
Lightly brush each sheet of phyllo dough with the melted butter mixture.
Place the brie and sage leaves in the center of the phyllo dough and fold them inside.
Place the almonds on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for approximately 2 minutes.
After the almonds are done, place the phyllo wrapped brie on a non-stick backing sheet (making sure that your baking sheet has been pre-heated) and put it in the oven.
Cook the brie about one minute on each side or until golden brown.
Position the brie on a serving dish and top it with the shaved almonds and golden raisins.
Finally, drizzle the honey and cardamom over the top.
