Ingredients
2 T Onion, finely diced
2 T Butter
2 T Flour
3/4 c Flour
pinch Salt and White Pepper
Method
  • Sauté onion and butter 1 minute.
  • Add flour and cook 1 additional minute.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper.
  • Cook and stir until thickened-approximately 3 minutes.
