| Ingredients |
2 T Onion, finely diced
2 T Butter
2 T Flour
3/4 c Flour
pinch Salt and White Pepper |

| Method |
|
Sauté onion and butter 1 minute.
Add flour and cook 1 additional minute.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Cook and stir until thickened-approximately 3 minutes. |
