| Garlic Surf and Turf |

| Ingredients |
4 - 8 oz top sirloin
(marinated in Montreal Steak Seasoning)
12 jumbo shrimp
8 oz lump crab meat
11 - 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
4 oz blue cheese crumbles
2 C heavy whipping cream
1/2 t minced garlic
3 oz diced shallots
1 oz chopped basil
2 oz butter
2 bundles asparagus
2 lb Colorado baby red potatoes

| Method |
| First, put to boil the Colorado red potatoes and grill or broil the asparagus. Broil steaks to desired temperature.
Melt butter in frying pan. Sautee shrimp with the shallots and garlic. Add whiskey, and flame. Add cream, then reduce. Add blue cheese, crab, basil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Top steak with Jameson Gaelic sauce, three shrimp to each steak, and serve with potatoes and asparagus. |
