| CK's Pimento Spread |

| Ingredients |
1lb cream cheese
4 oz pimento peppers
2 oz white wine
2 T chopped chives
1 t kosher salt
1/2t chopped garlic

| Method |
|
Puree peppers in a blender with white wine.
Whip room temperature cream cheese to soften with
remaining ingredients.
Serve with lavosh, pita, or crackers. |
