| Ingredients |
5 pcs asparagus
5 pcs beef slices
25 ml red wine
1 T salad oil
2 C chicken stock
120 ml BBQ sauce
1/2 t black seed
to taste spring mix
black pepper
Kaiware
potato starch

| Method |
|
Marinate beef slices in a BBQ sauce for 2 hours and light boil
asparagus in salt water. Wrap the beef slice around asparagus
and seal with potato starch.
Grill the beef/asparagus on a oiled pan with red wine and BBQ sauce until the meat is cooked and sauce is thick.
Serve with bed of spring mix in the center with the beef slices
mounted around it; garnish with the sauce, Kaiware and black seed. |
